The California Chaparral is hot and dry. Mainly mild
temperature.
Average yearly rainfall- 12 to 40 inches per year
Average temperature- 32 degrees to 62 degrees
fahrenheit
Is mediterranean climate

Where the California Chaparral is


located
The California chaparral is located in the
southern area of California.
It is a woodland/ grassland area

Humans have affected the chaparral


The California Chaparral is known for the fires it has
and thats because of humans.
One way that humans affected the california chaparral
is that humans are polluting the air which causes forest
fires.
If you live near a forest all you have to do is simply dont
leave the stove on, dont leave candles on without
anyone in the room

Symbiotic relationships
One symbiotic relationship is the Redwinged blackbird and the Torry tree
Their symbiotic relationship is

Commensalism is when one benefits and the
other doesn't get affected

Animal Adaptations
most animals are nocturnal because it is too
hot in the daytime.
Plants are non flammable because of the
wildfires
