smalltowninChina.Inmyhometown,eveninmycountry,theeducationsystemisa
bankingconcept.Ifpeopletakeaclassandstaythereforthewholeclass,theywill
seetheteacherwilllectureduringthewholeclasswithoutanyquestionandpractice.
Assimilarastheexam,allthequestionsarecomefromtextbookandnoanyquestions
studentshouldusetheirownskillortalkabouttheirownthinking.Theonlything
theyfocusisgrade.However,theAmericaneducationsystemismuchdifferent.
EducatorsinAmericanpaymoreattentiononstudentselflearningandstudents
quality.Whilethebankingconceptcouldtrainsomestudentwhomightbegoodat
somescienceareas,alsotheymightgetsomereallygreatjob.Thoseconceptswhat
focusontrainingskillsaremorebenefittostudentswholelife.
Indeed,themostbasicaimofcompleteuniversitystudyishelpingstudentstogain
agreatjob,earnmoremoney.While,studentscometocoursesandlistenthelectures,
theyjustgetusefulknowledgewhattheyneedfortheirfuturecareer.However,the
collegeeducationisnotonlyofferingstudenttheknowledgefortheirfuturecareer,
butalsothroughthecollegeeducation,educatorsshouldpaymoreattentiontothe
studentswholelife,suchasselflearning,communicativeabilityandrepayto
society.
Firstly,theselflearningisaveryimportantskillwhateducatorsshouldteachto
studentthroughtheircollegelife.Ferirestatesaeducationconceptwhichcalled
questionposingconcept.Hethinksteachersshouldaskstudentslearnproblemsand
discussthembytheirowninsteadofonlydothelecture.Forstudentsfuturecareer
andlife,therearenomanyteacherscanteachthemlikewhattheygetincollege.
Thus,Thisskillcanhelpstudentsolveproblemsandovercomedifficultiesinthemost

problemswhatstudentswillfaceduringtheirwholife.Therearemanychallengesfor
themselveswhentheydonothaveanyteacherscouldhelpthem.Freirealsostates
students,astheyareincreasinglyposedwithproblemsrelatingtothemselvesinthe
worldandwiththeworld,willfeelincreasinglychallengedandobligedtorespondto

Students will face the challenge again and again without others
help. That time will be required their self-learning skill learn and
solve the problem. Therefore, not only study hard for the degree,
life.Notmatterwhattheydoislargeorsmall,collegeshouldteachtheythisthinking.
Therefore,itisapurposewhatcollegeeducationshoulddo.
Forthecollegestudy,manypeoplethinktheonlythingisstudyingandgaininga
