On behalf of the National University Integrated Electronics Engineering Society, I

endorse Javhie F. Labios, 4th Year BS ECE student from National University, to be
the representative of our organization to the leadership training seminar of future
leaders and board of directors of IECEP-MSC.
Javhie is the outgoing PRO for External Affairs and also the incoming Vice President
for External Affairs of NU-IECES. She, together with her fellow officers, has done an
excellent job in handling the department. She has shown great skills in
spearheading the projects of his department.
Albeit her responsibilities as an organization officer, Lemuel has been actively
participating in the IECEP-MSC and is, in fact, a member of the Board of Directors
since 2013. With her great leadership skills and exceptional interpersonal skills, I
believe that Javhie can adeptly meet the challenges and would provide a valuable
contribution to the success of the seminar. I am confident that his experiences and
insights would be of great help not just to the IECEP-EMMSC Board of Directors but
to the entire IECEP-MSC
Let me say that I have no doubt she can adeptly meet the challenges. She has
shown me repeatedly that she is profoundly dedicated and responsible. She has
done double shifts, worked on most holidays, and filled in a number of times for
wait staff.
