I currently provide a high-quality fitness-based Physical Education curriculum to high school students.

I collaborate with my Physical Education colleagues weekly to create a streamlined Physical Education Curriculum.

I educate students on the FITT formula and use the Gradual Release of Responsibility Model to allow students to create a work out plan using
the FITT Formula.

Successfully conducted the State of California Physical Fitness Exam to seventh grade students.
