Moving Communities
from Violence to Peace

Trinity College Hartford, Connecticut

About the Peace in Connecticut Coalition:

The Peace in Connecticut Coalition was formed in October

2013 after a gathering convened by Senator Beth Bye. The
Coalition seeks to build partnerships and foster peace across
communities in Connecticut.
Our purpose is to connect across groups, support one anothers
interests and efforts, and explore the potential of working as a
coalition. We strive to improve communication among groups
with similar goals and move the varied groups toward a common
agenda aimed at a more peaceful, less violent Connecticut.
