and complete the following task.
You will need to show an excellent understanding of the requirements for the proposed

It is important to have finances in place before production starts, as every
producer needs to pay for Equipment used such as Cameras, tripods, green
screen, lighting and sound. For an Advert production for example, a producer
may also need materials such correct costumes, items for correct mise-en-scene
and talent in order to fulfil the desired effect. Crew will also be needed such as
cameraman, soundman lighting engineer researchers editors and runners in order
to produce a professional looking advert.
Once all is complete facilities such as editing suits and postproduction equipment
will be needed and these cost a lot of money.

Before starting any of your production work. You need to consider
thinking about finances. This is because every producer needs to
pay for all the equipment such as , tripod , camera , green screen .
for example if you were planning to make a music video, you would
need to think about materials such as the correct costumes , the

professional effect to your productions. You would also need another
team also known as a crew. This is people such as the camera man,

It is very important to have deadlines. This is because it overall
helps your complete all your work on time and it also keeps you on
track of what needs to be done in a certain amount of time. This is
helpful way because it allows you to move on to the next task

complete an of your deadlines this will result in failing your work
that youve which could lead to being kicked off your course and
college or school.
Availably is also important for example if a specific actor was not
able to work on the day were all your cast were there except this
one actor, you would have to consider rearranging the days or
replace the actor to somebody similar if you were on the last day of
filming before your deadline. Availability for equipment is also
another important part of your production. This is because if certain
equipment is not available for a certain day, they would again have
to change the day or work around the situation if you cant scheleule

It is important to have original material because if you were going
to use footage that has been filmed by yourself and hasnt been
found online. you need to show clearly that the footage and pre
production you have done isnt copied so the person who marks
your work clearly sees that youve made a lot of effort in your work.
There is usually a script designed which follows what you are doing
unless its a music video where you have a story whilst following the
lyrics of the song you are using.
Archive materials are used because they have already been filmed
which is the put into a folder online which allows other people to use
the archive material online. This is a useful mainly if you going to
film a music video. This is because you can use footage that has
been pre recorded before which allows you to add certain clips,

which could relate to the setting of what it should be.

When using photo or sound library materials. This is helpful because
it allows people when filming a project to grab sounds a images that
fit the setting of their production. They would have to use the
internet to do this, using the internet is very simple and easy way
of material to use because it is a very popular source when trying to
gather sources and materials that people have uploaded online
themselves.

Importance
A location recce is when a individual from a crew of production team
who looks a locations (this means they might have to travel) and
decides if the certain location is needed for a suitable situation in
there production that fits In what they need. When doing a recce
you need to think about the cost , the weather and also the distance
of where the location is. For example if you were going to film a
scene thats quite far away and you want it to be sunny but it might
rain. You need to consider the cost of bringing all the equipment to
the specific location which may cause a problem so in order to avoid
this problems you have to ensure that you are prepared and for
example, have shelter if does rain to protect the equipment and the
cast if there are certain costumes that could effect it by rain. It is

When filming your project at a specific location you need first
considered if you filming a location where you need permission to
film. This is important because It could affect your timetable of what
needed to be filmed on what day and this can overall effect your
deadline day leading to failing your course. So you need contact
the owner of the location you are filming or the local council or
authority, which can help with the legal requirements, which allow
you to film without causing a hassle.
Copyright is known as using somebodys footage that belongs to
somebody else that you have found online. When using somebodys
footage, you need to contact or have permission via text or email
before adding the clip or sound to your project. If these things are
not done you would of have your own production that was created
by yourself. Sometimes people watermark their work so people
cannot steal their work.
Health and safety is an important regulation during the process of
filming. This is important because you need to make sure that all
your crew is safe throughout the whole process of filming so before
any of that you need to make a risk assessment which is when you
write down all the possible risks that could happen . This could be
such a small thing for example if you were filming by the river you
would make sure all the cast is safe from the water, no matter how
far the river is away from where you are filming.
Having the right insurance is important because if something goes
wrong during the process of filming for example , somebody breaks
a bone or equipment broken you would need to make sure the
insurance is covered for all of that .
Clearances are needed to make sure you can use logos or brand
names in your footage .

the advert may be taken down or reported. This also means the
advert production team will loose money and time wasted so you
