Please note the terms below: 1. Date of game: September 2, 2017. 2, Location of game: Lucas Oil Stadium, indianapolis, Indiana. 3. Game offic Assigned by ACC. 4, Replay officials: Assigned by Big 10. 5. Official Expenses: —_ Expenses to be paid from game proceeds. Louisville will pay for ‘ACC Crew and Purdue will pay Big 10 crew. Both schools will be reimbursed as game expense on game settlement, 6. Revenue/Expenses Settlement: All game related revenue and expenses willbe treated ‘equally when the final game settlement is calculated. 7. Revenue will include but not limited to ticket sales, suite sales, premium ticket sales, and game sponsorships relating to this event. 8. Expenses will include and not limited to rental of facility (Lucas Oll Stadium), game officials, replay officials, field preparation and press box expenses relating to this event. 9. Tickets and their locations will be divided equally at Lucas Oil Stadium. All pricing will be ‘mutually approved by both Purdue and Louisville, 10. Both schools agree to hire a marketing firm to promote this game in indianapolis as well as the state of Indiana and Kentucky. Sponsorships will be sought for the game as approved by both schools. Exclusive sponsors for each schools and Lucas oil Stadium will be protected. Exclusive sponsors will be identified in final game agreement. 11. Game settlement will be prepared and approved by Barbara Kapp or designee and Kevin Miller or his designee. Final settlement will occur by November 15, 2017. 12. Parking pass numbers and distribution will be finalized after meeting with Lucas Oil Stadium Officials. Parking passes will include team busses, team equipment truck, ‘Student Activities Center « University of Loulsvile * Lousvile, KY 40292 P: 602.852.5732 F: 502.852.5784 Ws loulsvile edu‘marching band and spirit busses and a mutually agreed number for administrators and staff. Parking passes will be distributed equally to each school, 13. Game Credentials will be outlined in final agreement once reviewed and approved by Lucas Ol Staff. Credentials will be distributed equally to each team. 14. Complimentary tickets: a, 400 complimentary tickets for official party to each team, b. All Marching Band members and their support staff will be admitted in uniforms, Designated seats will be assigned by each ticket manager. ©. All cheer and dance team members will be admitted in uniform. 15. Suites and premium club seats will be divided equally after consultation with Mike Fox from Lucas Oil Stadium, 16, Radio: Both teams will be allowed one free radio outlet for a live radio broadcast and shall retain the revenue from such broadcast. Each radio station will be responsible for ordering and the payment of all such telephone and broadcast lines incidental to their broadcast. 17, Television: Both teams agree that this event will be played In the Big 10 territory and therefore the Big 10 will be responsible for the broadcast of this event. Any discussion relating to television agreement will occur between the Big !O and the ACC. 18. Announcement of event will occur when all agreements have been signed and approved bby both parties. Both AD’s will mutually agree on date of announcing this game. Both parties acknowledge that the above terms will be used to prepare a final game agreement between Purdue and Louisville. Both parties also agree that the final agreement is contingent ‘upon both parties finalizing a rental agreement with Lucas Oil Stadium. Both parties agree to move forward with this event by approving below.
