define Mindfulness in your own words in writing with clarity and brevity.
identify and briefly describe a positive impact mindfulness practices could
have on education.
clearly reflect on your experience with the mindfulness of the breath
practice.
distinguish between statements of fact and statements that include
judgment.
describe something that irritated you and then analyze it by separating
statements of fact without judgment and those aspects that were judgments.
