2. Purpose The leave rules have been formulated to enable the employees to maintain a healthy work life balance. Sick Leave: Sick leave is paid leave granted by an employer to an
employee for a period of time during which the employee is unable to attend work due to any illness or incapacity. Maternity Leave: This leave will be provided to a female employee who has worked for 160 days or more in 12 months immediate preceding the date of her expected delivery. Leave without Pay (LWP): This leave will only be provided on sole discretion of the management, if and only if an employee has no leave balance with him/her.
