make some slits in the fish. Put the fish in a steamer and
steam it for 15 minutes. Add sliced green onions on top of the
fish. Make the sauce, cook some water in a frying pan. Add
some sugar, soy sauce and wine. Pour the hot sauce over the
fish. Now cook some oil. Pour the oil also on top.
