OCEANSIDE COMMUNITY CLUB - OCCUPANCY RULES

MAXIMUM CAPACITY INSIDE IS 99 WITH CHAIRS OR 80 WITH TABLES & CHAIRS


1. THERE SHALL BE NO UNLAWFUL USE OR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. If used, such
beverages shall be consumed only by your legal aged guests within the Hall or attached patio
2. Smoking is not permitted inside the Hall or within 10 feet of any entrance.
3. Nothing may be taped, tacked or nailed to the interior or exterior walls,ceiling or woodwork.When
moving tables or chairs, please lift to avoid floor damage.
4. Taper candles are not allowed in the Hall.
5. The fireplace is to be used to burn WOOD ONLY. No plastic, garbage or refuse to be burned in the
fireplace.
6. Please respect our landscaping and flower garden.
7. None of the Community Club property (chairs, tables etc.) is to be removed from the premises.No
parking spaces in adjacent parking lot shall be blocked or reserved in any manner. Also the parking
lot is to be emptied by 11pm as per Oregon State Parks Department regulations.
8. Users shall not make any excessive noise that will disturb those local to the Hall.
9. Users shall provide their own cookware, table coverings, paper plates, cups and napkins. A roll of
paper towels, dish soap, and sponges will be supplied. Restroom toilet paper, paper towels and hand
soap will also be supplied as part of rental agreement.
10. The kitchen shall be left in clean condition. Utensils, wine glasses, coffee cups etc. shall be washed,
dried and put back in their proper place. The stove and refrigerator shall be left in clean condition. NO
DEEP FRYING, HOT OIL COOKING OR CRAB BOILING.
11. Floors shall be cleaned of any spills, drips or dirty foot traffic and kitchen table surfaces are to be
wiped clean. Outside patio, front walk, and side areas adjacent to the Hall shall be cleaned of any
refuse left over from the event. Cleaning supplies (brooms, chemicals and a mop) will be available to
use as needed. If cleaning is not possible for what ever reason (please see line 15).One garbage can
is included with the rental fee. Additional cans, not located inside back room, will be found in outside
storage room adjacent to rear door if needed. A $10.00 fee will be charged for any additional cans
needed. Please line all cans used with large garbage bags located under microwave in back room.
Any items left will be treated as garbage.
12. All lights, stove top elements, oven, and any other appliances shall be turned off or unplugged. The
wall thermostat, (located on wall near supply room) should be turned to "on" position and the fan set
to "auto". Temperature can be adjusted by the "up and down" push buttons. Temperature is usually
preset at 55 degrees or so.
13. Cleaning services, if needed or required because of Hall not being left as clean prior to use, are
subject to a fee of $35.00 per hour (1 hour minimum) will be charged.
14. Entrance to Hall may be made at any time by any club officer, representative or law enforcement
officer for any purpose.
15. User agrees to pay for any damage to the Hall resulting from use of the facility and to replace or pay
for any equipment or furnishings that are damaged.Users will return key or place it in an agreed
location with OCC representative. If key is lost a fee of $50.00 will be assessed.

DURING USE OF THE HALL, ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES OR ANY


OTHER UNLAWFUL ACT OCCURS, THE FUNCTION MAY BE IMMEDIATELY
TERMINATED BY THE OCEANSIDE COMMUNITY CLUB OR A LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
