Below
(5a1.) Growing on the pore surface of Fomes fomentarius. It is
whitish to cream in color often with pinkish tones. Its pores are
often angular and 5-7 per mm.
Junghuhnia nitida
It is occasionaly found growing on the fomes but typically without
a fungal host just on wood. Its spores are 2-4.5 X 2-3um.
