1. First introduction of sustinatgreen

co.ltd by Mr. Sok Vannara about the
Company profile as provide in the
profile book
2. The discussion about the legal
document of Ministry of commerce
registration. (it is not attached in
the company profile book)
Mr. Sok Vannara also provide the list
of the legal EIA document. They
said that it could be advised and
commend later from MoE.
3. They also have few questions
related to the service provided by
Sustinatgreen. What are the
proposed services?
Mr. Sok vannara replied that the
services including EIA, Construction,
Architecture, and business plan
service and consultation
4. They also want the background of
the sustinatgreen as well. However,
it was informed that the company is
just established this year (2015).
Therefore it is stepping stone. They
dont have more doubts in the
background.
5. In another points, the MoE also
stressed on the foreign partner as
the consultant or supervisor. As
they know, most of the EIA
consultancy firm have the foreign
expert supported behind.
Mr. Sok Vannara replied that we

have the partner from Thailand

(proposed as partner) and the local
professor at Royal University of
Phnom Penh.
6. They also ask about the total
permanent staff as the company
move. Question: do they have
different and enough skill to
perform?
We replied the total number of staff
is 16 members. And they have
different skill including economic,
cost and benefit analysis, and
architecture and design,

7. In addition, they provide the
warning over the staff who are
currently worked as the
Government officer. (As required by
Law)
we reply that both staff and
freelance consultants are gathered
from the private company.
Mr. Sok Vannara also asked about
the presentation process. Could
freelance consultant take
involvement in the presenting the
result?
They replied that they could take
part in presenting and discussion.
8. Importantly, certificates must be
certified as required for further
processing. For those whose
certificates are not certified on time,
the certificate can be attached later
as requested.
9. One of the officer also asked about
the equipment available in the
company.
We provided lists of the equipment.
But for the equipment can be
recommend next.
10. They also ask about total rooms.
And finally we accompanied for the
building and environment visit. (No
any comments)
