of the Ship in all issues directly affecting the mission and success of the crew. Meticulously led, mentored and
managed the daily duties of 500 Sailors and Marines. Implemented and formulated policies concerning morale,
welfare, job satisfaction, discipline, and training.
Key Accomplishments:
Responsible for several successful six month deployments that involved humanitarian support for allied
countries. Assisted the ship in earning multiple excellent awards earning the title as the best ship stationed in
Japan because of its consistent operational readiness and mission accomplishments.

Managed, lead and trained 43,000 civilians entering basic military training that included military science,
organizational development, leadership, and personal and professional growth. Supervised over 400 staff

Supervised and managed a power plant that contained complex engineering operating systems. These systems
included air condition and refrigeration systems, distilling plants, laundry services, diesel engines, and gas turbine
engines.
Key Accomplishments
Selected by the Commanding Officer to assume the role of Engineering Department Leading Manager which
led to multiple success for the ship and crew.
Successfully managed all facets of preventive maintenance related to the material condition of the Ship which
resulted in multiple above average assessments, inspections and longevity of the ship.
