Constellation Brands is proud to make a positive and lasting impact on people and communities throughout the world and in our own
backyards through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, which is built on three foundational pillars:
Social Responsibility, Sustainability, and Giving Back.
Our culture of Giving Back is brought to life by our employees, supported by our company values and guided by the following principles:
Establish respectful, mutually-beneficial partnerships with community members, employees, government and business partners to
achieve our goals
Align our company-wide Giving Back efforts to best leverage our financial and human charitable resources
Focus our companys Giving Back commitments in ways that can most positively affect quality of life
Our Giving Back philosophy and commitment were cultivated during Constellation Brands earliest days and reflect the character and
principles exemplified by our company founder, Marvin Sands.
We believe our long-term success is tied directly to our ability to change lives and communities for the better and both our company
and our people take this responsibility to heart. In recent years, Constellation Brands, the Sands Family Foundation, and our employees have
collectively donated millions of dollars, endless supplies and resources, and volunteered countless hours of personal time to give
back to communities where we live and work.

HOME OF HOPE ORPHANAGE

Since the devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti, Constellation Brands has sustained what is now a more than 5
year commitment to helping restore and renew health, infrastructure, education, and overall quality of life for the
people of Haiti. In 2012, employee volunteers from California, Canada, Chicago and Rochester traveled to Haiti
with health care and humanitarian partners. The goal of the trip - to build bunk houses at the Home of Hope
Orphanage and deliver much needed supplies, including care packages for the children at the orphanage with
items donated by Constellation employees. Constellation, our employees, and community partners donated
more than $60,000 for the project.

HURRICANE SANDY

Following the storm in 2012, Constellation Brands committed to match employee donations 2:1 to the American Red
Cross, donating close to $100,000 to the Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund.

TYPHOON HAIYAN

During the aftermath of the 2013 Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines, Constellation Brands matched employee
donations 2:1 to the Red Cross Typhoon Appeal, donating a total of $65,000 to the relief efforts.

NAPA VALLEY EARTHQUAKE

In response to the damage caused by the 2014 Napa Valley Earthquake, Constellation Brands donated $100,000
to the Napa Valley Vintners Community Disaster Relief Fund to provide immediate support to the local community.
Funding provided temporary housing and basic needs such as food, water, and medical care.

Our father and Constellation Brands founder, Marvin

Sands, instilled in us that true wealth is never measured in
dollars and cents; it is measured in richness of character
and generosity of spirit.

2013-2014

Our community giving efforts focus on three key pillars: arts and culture, health, and education. These areas
are important to our company and our employees, and we support thousands of non-profit organizations
around the world with monetary and product donations. Our cross-company Giving Back team, made
up of employees from around the company, ensures our efforts make a positive and lasting impact in the
communities where we live and work.

More than 30 million residents in the states and countries where we live and work dont know where they
will get their next meal. As one of the causes Constellation employees are most passionate about, the
Nourishing Neighbors initiative was created to enhance the incredible things our employees were already
doing to fight hunger.
During the week of October 20th, 2014, we kicked off our first global Nourishing Neighbors week of giving
back to help fight hunger in our communities, and it will be continued for years to come. Employees gave

DONATING TIME

Constellation employees across the globe were eligible to volunteer during business hours at local food
banks during this week of giving back. Over 500 employees at 30 CBI locations volunteered during this
week, logging over 2,000 volunteer hours, saving these food banks over $30,000 in labor costs.

Building on our rich history of giving, and our employees passion for giving back, the Employee Match Program
was created. Through this program, Constellation matches employee contributions, dollar-for-dollar, to the eligible
charity of their choice. This program allows us to put our focus on the communities where we live and work and
contribute to the causes that our employees are most passionate about. Since the program began in 2011,
Constellation and our employees have given back over $1,000,000 to our communities.

EMPLOYEE MATCH DAY

July 23rd, 2014 marked the inaugural Employee Match Day to raise awareness of the program and increase
participation. More than $125,000 was donated to over 100 organizations around the world following the
success of this day.
The organizations receiving financial support from Constellation Brands, all chosen by the companys
employees, range from health care to arts centers, and food banks to environmental causes. Constellation
at the corporate level matched all employee donations 1:1. As an incentive to stimulate giving, Constellation
picked 10 employee charities at random and donated an additional $1,000 to each.

Non-perishable food items were collected and donated to local food banks at all 43 Canada, US, and New
Zealand locations during this week of giving back. Employees donated over 8,000 pounds of peanut butter,
canned tuna, and canned fruits and vegetables as those are the most needed items at food pantries.
