Constellation Brands, The Sands Family, and our employees understand the importance of giving back to our
communities where we live and work. Here are the ways our employees can participate in our Giving Back efforts.
Through Community Giving, Constellation Brands supports hundreds of non-profit organizations
with monetary and product donations each year. Our philanthropic efforts are focused on three areas:
health, education and arts and culture.
To ensure a fair selection process in the allocation of funds and in-kind donations, we have established
guidelines, a standard request process, and a committee to review all requests. All donations are
processed through our online Versaic site located at http://cbrands.versaic.com/login. This link, as well
as our Corporate Giving Guidelines can be found at cbrands.com under the CSR Giving page.
The Employee Match Program is designed to encourage employees to support not-for-profit
organizations working in the areas of health, education or the arts. Tax-deductible contributions
from $50 to $2500 made to eligible organizations are matched dollar-for-dollar by Constellation.
There is a limit of one matching gift per employee per fiscal year. Employees can apply for a
match at http://cbrandsemployee.versaic.com/
To increase participation in the Employee Match Program, there is also a Day of Giving each
year, the same day as our CBI stakeholder/shareholder meeting.
Our Nourishing Neighbors initiative fights hunger in the communities where we live and work. While
we support this initiative throughout the year in several ways, we focus our efforts during the fourth
week of October. During this week, employees can participate by:
GIVING DOLLARS: employees can donate to support Blessings in a Backpack (US & Canada),
KidsCan (New Zealand), and Banco de Alimentos Piedras Negras (Mexico).
GIVING FOOD: each day during this week, we will ask employees to bring in a specific food item that
food banks are consistently in need of.
GIVING TIME: employees are paid for their time as they volunteer at local food banks during this week.

80% of employees in Mexico donated to the Piedras Negras food bank
900 bags of fresh pears bagged by the Clos du Bois team
