On the last day in the school, our school had organized Hari Kemerdekaan. In
the early morning, I did help the teacher in decorating the stage and also setting up the
PA system. I was surprised by this school, although it was small but they did make used
of the space. They combined the classroom into the hall. The teacher made the efforts
to decorate the hall into very beautiful and grand. The students were arranging the
chairs tidily for the juniors. They did a wonderful and perfect assembly. I totally enjoyed
it by the fashion show part. The student from each grade took part in the competition. I
could imagine where they came from but it did not matter them. It did not stop them
from participating this competition. They did an amazing job in decorating and painting
their hat, pans and also their shoes!
After that, the event came to the singing part. Every national song they sang.
They sang it with their heart and soul. I could felt that they love their country. They loved
to be Malaysian. They were so passionate in singing. After that, we had a quiz session.
They were very smart, every question they could manage to solve it. I felt so happy in
this school although I did not teach yet. The students were so responsive and kind.
