FINAL PROJECT:
THE PROJECT BRIEF
INTRODUCTION
In this final project, in a group of 3-4 members, we were given a task to find a specific empty
land to initiate and propose a small construction project. The size of the proposed land
should be within 2500 3500 m2.
Our proposal should serve one or two of the following purposes:
Recreation area
Commercial area
Industrial area
Agricultural area
Tourism area
Residential area
Our site is located at Subang Jaya ss16, next to Mesiniaga Tower. The total area of our site is
3381 m2 and the site is surrounded by residential areas, Tenaga Nasional Company, bus
stops, KTM station, shopping centre and etc. The site has a great potential to be developed
to serve the residents, school children, workers as well as to attract other people from
different places.

Sunlight
The sun rises from the east, which is from the left (Mesiniaga Tower) and sets at the west
(Apartment).
Wind
The wind direction is from the west to the east. The wind current is quite strong even
though there are high rise buildings towards the west of the site.
Traffic
There is only one way directed towards the site. And there is a fly over next to our site
which connect to the Subang Airport, Glandmarie, Ara Damansara and Etc.
View
The view from the site is very attractive in the night and the area will be quite crowded. The
site is also windy in the night.

Conclusion
The site have the potential to develop as a Recreational, Commercial and Residential area as
it is placed in a strategic place where many types of necessities are found in its
surroundings.
