work; p e rform.ing plumbing Work; c l e aning and painting of walls, floors, b oilers , p iping and all
other m.echanical equipm.ent; cleani ng, m.opping, s crubbing, s eal i ng and finishi ng v arious t y p es of
f loors; cleaning, dusting a nd pol i shing of all types of f urnit ure, fixtur e s and equipm.ent;
m.oving and arranging of furni t ure , equipm.ent, m.ate rials and suppl ies; m.a i ntainin g exte rior
grounds. ExaJD.ples include: raking , m.owing, rem.oving snow, washin g windows, e tc .; and p e r f orm.ing
other related work a s required.

Qualifications: This posit ion requires a p e rson who has dem.ons trated mechanical ability and l e ader ship ski lls .
An em.ployee qualifying f or this p osition is entering a p rograJD. that will requir e thor ough
knowledge of h e ating, HVAC, pneumatics and m.echanical equipment f undaJD.enta ls.

Requests will be made to take advanced c ourse s and seminaz:s to maintain Facility Technician 2
qualific ations, as teclmolo gical advances in buildings systems :i:equil:e.
