Mohammad Habeeb R/o House NO 538 KA/590-D1 Triveni Nagar
Lucknow, hereby give you reply of your notice date 26-06-2015.
1. That I was only subordinate of your client Mr. Janab Ali.
2. That as I worked as an insurance advisor/Agent in Bharti Axa Life
Insurance Co. Ltd. with agent code no-163530.
3. That no money was borrowed or taken by my client.
4. That your client never met my sister or know her. It is your client
self created story.
5. That the matter is that your client pressurised me for bringing
policies under his manager.
6. That is pursuance of that as I was working as an agent/advisor, I
any how managed for five policies of total worth of Rs 2,75,000/only. In month of Nov-15 and December-15.
7. That in month of December-15 due to undue pressure and
molestation done to me by your client, I felt ill and fainted. During
work in Bharti Axa Life Insurance office from were office staff

admitted me to Lohiya Hospital. The same night Mr. Janab Ali

comes to my home to give my bag which was left in my office.
8. The cheque which your client has produced on dated 29-05-2015
was stolen from my bag on that some day when I was ill.
9. That no cheque was issued by me to your client.
10.That the said cheque was totally filled by your client and my
signature was also made by him too.
Now you are called upon to apologize in public for your malafide
intention of doing fraud to me and defame me or else I will file a
defamation suit along with a criminal proceedings as may be advised.
