NCR Rating = Th number of nonconforming reports generated verses the number of shipments in that quarter. Example: if no NCR's are generated
in the quarter the NCR Rating is 100%
Delivery Rating = The number of shipments on-time divided by the total number of shipments. Shipments are considered late if the are received
more than 2 business days past the due date
Overall Rating = The average rating for Quality, NCR's and Delivery.
Our suppliers are expected to maintain a 85% rating for both Quality and Delivery.
