attorney notify us of such representation.
You are hereby directed to

CEASE AND DESIST ALL DEFAMATION OF

MOTORCYCLE RIDERS' CHARACTER AND REPUTATION.
Motorcycle Riders are educated, respected professionals in their communities. They have spent years
serving their communities in their professions and building positive reputations. Motorcycle Riders are
aware that you have engaged in spreading false, destructive, and defamatory rumors about them.
Under Texas law, it is unlawful to engage in defamation of anyones character and reputation.
Defamation consists of
(1) statements that tends to injure a living person's reputation;
(2) expressed in written or other graphic form; and
(3) thereby exposing the person to public hatred, ridicule, or financial injury.
Your defamatory actions involved under the color of law, your support of the Waco Police Departments
press releases that claimed that average American Motorcycle Riders are gang members with alleged
criminal organization connections and were meeting at Twin Peaks to engage in a war over territory
and recruitment. These allegations were released publicly with you having full knowledge of, or should
have had full knowledge of the scheduled COCI political meeting these motorcycle riders were
attending. This verbal assault on the motorcycling community has caused damage that continues to
increase.
Accordingly, we demand that you (A) immediately cease and desist your unlawful defamation of
Motorcycle Riders, (B) within thirty (30) days retract publicly the statements through every media
outlet that carried the slanderous libel claims, and (C) provide us with prompt written assurance that
you will cease and desist from further defamation of Motorcycle Riders character and reputation.
If you do not comply with this cease and desist demand within this time period, Motorcycle Riders in a
class action joint effort are entitled to seek monetary damages and equitable relief for your defamation.
In the event you fail to meet this demand, please be advised that Motorcycle Riders in a class action
joint effort will pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking monetary damages, injunctive
relief, and an order that you pay court costs and attorneys fees. Your liability and exposure under such
legal action could be considerable.
Before taking these steps, however, 2 Million Bikers To D.C. wished to give you one opportunity to
discontinue your illegal conduct by complying with this demand within thirty (30) days. Accordingly,
please return a statement as to the course of action you will take to remedy the expressed defamation
within thirty (30) days to
