By the end of the lesson pupils should be
able to;
i) I) identify and name at least 3 animals in
the story.
ii)
give the details about the book;front and back cover
Presentation:
1. Teacher introduces Jungle Walk Game.
2. Teacher sets up 3 checkpoints in the
classroom.
3. Teacher selects a few smart pupils as
facilitators.
4. The facilitators wear masks and make the
sounds of animals.
5. Teacher divides the pupils into a few
groups.
6. The groups guess the animals. Those
who succeed move to the next checkpoint
and receive the rewards.
7. Those who unable to answer - teacher
opens the questions to them at the end of
the game.

1. Introducing The Jungle Book to the
