1. Bookings can be confirmed only on payment of non-refundable token amount
2. The token amount is not adjustable against any preponement or postponement of the
function
3. Payment - 100% of the bill amount to be paid five days before the function.
4. We commit to serve only 8% to 10% above the guaranteed persons. Additional food will
be provided subject to items availability and time taken for preparation
5. No price revision on bookings done.
6. The host & guest are responsible for their invitees, valuables, etc.
7. Breakages / damages caused to the property is the sole responsibility of the host
8. No refund / discount is admissible in the unlikely event of breakdown of any equipment /
services.
9. Parking available (at your own risk).
10. Music system will be operational only up to 22:00 hrs (government Rules)
11. Band & Dhol not allowed inside the premise
12. Any extension, if available will be charged at Rs 6,500/- per hr or part thereof
13. Right of admission reserved
14. Service tax & VAT as applicable.
15. Liquor license mandatory. 5 working days required
16. Time: 2 pm to 11:30 pm
17. Firework is not allowed inside the premises.
18. Generator Back Up till 12 night
19. Deposit: Rs. 25,000 (Refundable)
