ODI 12c Patch Update Instructions

Patches to be updated
1. odi_1212_opatch.zip ( supplied along with ODI 12c)
2. p17836908_121200_Generic.zip
3. p19355753_121201_Generic.zip
Unzip above patch files and copy below mentioned folders to opatch folder in
C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\OPatch
Below folders are available one level below to the uncompressed folder.
1. odi_1212_opatch
2. 17836908
3. 19355753
Set ORACLE_HOME and JAVA_HOME directory Refer to below screenshot

From command prompt goto C:\Oracle\Middleware\oracle_Home\OPatch folder

First Patch Update: Issue below command to start the patch update

Please choose option y if prompted.

Error Code = 1 is warning, please ignore.
Verify patch using opatch isnventory in the command prompt
Second Patch Update: Follow similar way as in first patch update, change the patch set
name

Delete System12.1.2.0.0 folder from below location

Third Patch Update: Follow similar way as in first patch update, change the patch set
name
