ITEMS FROM THE FLOOR
a.) GARY COMES
Just has questions. Not on a team, here for SE. Asked for 4 specific things to address the board, given 3 minutes.
Question about camera has been answered. When we have the new internet system for the front camera will people
be able to remote into it? Yes. Mr. DaCato's missing membership was addressed. For Hunter, this was brought up
when Allan was President. $1600 was spent on fill back in the summer. Bylaws state that president can spend $500
on item, like microphone - Hunter corrected Gary to let him know he personally bought the microphone. Is it $500
per occurrence or $500 per quarter? Hunter answered that the Board would address the by-laws to clarify the $500
President allowance. Last comment, Internet / Facebook Question, on the SEPA Facebook site can we have so that
the screenname are real people. It is hard to police. Gary suggest police when they sign up. What if they change
their name. Then you bump them off. Rita addressed, when Curtis had SE.net everyone had usernames and that
worked just fine. It was the person's option. You shouldn't have to have your name out there if you don't want it.
Curtis states it is not possible to police. The Website committee will discuss further to see if anything else can be
done. You would have to have a clear operational definition of name on SEPA. This is a definite thing we could
discuss for the SEPACLub.com forums. The website committee is open to volunteers.

b.) ALAN WEIERMAN

"Want to categorically deny everything that Greg, Hunter and Curtis have said. If you have questions about me then
come and see me. I don't play games." Alan is upset about being kicked off SEPA Facebook page, didn't get any
advanced notice, but understood because he was a "rebel rouser". Upset that Molly his wife was kicked off the SEPA
Facebook page. Laura/Greg/Hunter address Molly was never removed and is still currently a member on the site. "I
am not that guy that will burn down your gate. I am not that guy that will take a shot at you. but that guy may be
coming to the gate. As a matter of fact Doug Baker maybe that guy." Upset about letting people attack him on
Facebook, SEPA board laughs and like (Curtis, thank you). "I am not that guy that will hurt your camp but that guy
may come out here. That guy was out here 8 years ago. Mr. Smith can tell you about him. I Do not care about SEPA
Club I moving on. At least look out for people and don't be that guy. Thank you"
Question from audience: "Why was she kicked off?" Laura - "Molly was not. If you go
on there right now it says Molly is on there." Alan states that all Facebook sites are controlled by SEPA. That is
incorrect the only site maintained by SEPA is the SEPA Club Facebook. The other sites are privately maintained.
Hunter: "I would like to think that this is a club that everyone likes everyone and everyone loves this dirt." Alan
would like people to stop bashing him on Facebook. Josh Rutgers has been able to bash and no one takes down his
post. Greg said you can't have if both ways. Greg said he was bashed and took all kinds of stuff on Facebook by
Alan, Alan's son and Alan's workers and it stayed up.
Hunter requested from the
Website Committee that all post bashing anyone be removed going forward. It was agreed by all.
