Plaintiff, Energy Automation Systems, Inc. (“EASI”) and Defendant Xcentric Ventures, LLC
(“Xcentric”), jointly move to continue the January 8, 2007 Initial Case Management Conference until
an available date after the first week of February 2007. The parties submit this motion for two
reasons. First, counsel for Xcentric was only recently retained and has yet to file a response to the
Complaint. Second, Defendant Edward Magedson has not been served and Plaintiff is diligently
attempting to serve that Defendant. Plaintiff hopes to have Mr. Magedson served within the next
few weeks.
Accordingly, the parties move the Court to reset the Initial Case Management Conference to
