Gastronomy of Bolivia

Gastronomy of Bolivia is known for its variety of dishes that vary from zone
to zone. With deep Spanish - Moorish and indigenous roots, transformed by
miscegenation and the different historical moments that the country has
experienced, Bolivian cuisine has added a wide range of dishes and recipes,
which makes varied, rich and differentiated. To this is added the drinks as
the Bolivian wine, the Chicha and Cocoroco. Examples
