The Court hears the representations of counsel and requires counsel for the parties to deliver courtesy

IT IS ORDERED that the Court shall make it’s decision on the papers. IT IS FURTHER
ORDERED that the Court shall set another Status Conference for: THURSDAY, JUNE 14,
2007 at 10:30 a.m. in LV courtroom 6B.
