111 Acacia Street Pembo, Makati City Dear Sir: This is in connection with your unpaid rentals covering the period May 2014 to November 2014 in the total amount of P70,000.00 including penalty charges of Unit 1A The Residences Tower A. Please be advised that under Article VII Section 2.1 of the Contract of Lease executed between you (lessee) and Robinsons Land Corporation (lessor), failure to pay any rent, condominium dues or other charges during the term of the contract gives the lessor the right to terminate the lease or cancel the option to purchase. Accordingly, demand is hereby made upon you to pay the amount of P70,000.00 directly to Robinsons Land Corporation within five (5) days from receipt of this letter.
