Hydraulic Trolley Jack

Proper use
The hydraulic vehicle jack is intended for raising
and lowering motor vehicles. Other uses or
modication of the hydraulic vehicle jack shall
be considered as improper use and may lead
to injury or damage. The manufacturer will not
accept liability for loss or damage arising from
improper use. The product is not intended for
commercial use.
Note: Reclose the release valve 5 after each
use!

Safety notes
DANGER! Follow the instructions below to
avoid the threat of loss of life, injury, or
damage to the product etc.
Always use axle stands and wheel chocks
in addition to your hydraulic vehicle jack.
Never work under a raised vehicle unless
you have taken additional safety precautions.
This is intended to prevent the vehicle from rolling away, sliding o or overturning the jack.
Use the product on a solid, level surface
only. Using the product on an unstable or
uneven surface such as a gravel surface
may lead to the load slipping.
Ensure that you never exceed the

allowable (rated) load capacity.

The person operating the jack must observe
the jack and the load during all movements.
Never work under the raised load if it has
not been made secure by suitable means.
Do not allow the hydraulic vehicle jack to
be used by uninstructed or inexperienced
persons.
Before using the hydraulic vehicle jack take
precautions to prevent the vehicle from rolling
away. Put the handbrake on, place the vehicle
in gear (with automatic gearboxes set to P)
and chock the wheels.
Even with safety measures in place always
remain alert and make a visual check that
the support plate 3 is rmly seated against
the vehicle jacking point.
Make sure that no petrol, battery acid or
any other dangerous substance can ow out
of the vehicle when the vehicle is being lifted.
Check that no person or object is under the
vehicle before you lower it.

Lower the vehicle slowly.

Check that all parts have been assembled
and tted properly and are undamaged.
Before each use check that the hydraulic
vehicle jack is working properly. Check the
screws and valves of the hydraulic vehicle
jack for correct seating and look out for
hydraulic oil leaks in particular.
Never use the hydraulic vehicle jack for
moving or loading a vehicle. Never use it to
lift a whole vehicle completely o the ground.
Make sure that no-one especially a
child is in the vehicle and that everyone is
kept at an adequate distance away from the
vehicle when the hydraulic vehicle jack is in
use.
Never change the setting of the safety valve 8 . It has been set at the factory and must
not be adjusted. Stop using the product if the
safety valve setting is changed.
Before using the vehicle jack, the user must
be made familiar with the device by an experienced person. The pump force and the
transferred force are equal to approximately
350 N.
If the markings on the product are damaged
enough so as to be illegible then the vehicle
jack must not be used until the markings are
renewed.
No modications may be carried out to the
hydraulic trolley jack. Any physical modication of the device has an eect on the
safety of the device and its compliance with
EN 1494 / A1:2008.
The applied force when using the vehicle
jack must not exceed 350 N. The equates to
a force on the lever of approximately 35 kg.
The operating temperature of the hydraulic
oil of this equipment is between -20 C to
+40 C.
Only use this device to lift and lower the
vehicle, not to keep the vehicle in a lifted
position. Do not move it whilst raising or
lowering.
After use return all parts used into their
original position. Have the hydraulic oil or

oil pump replaced by a professional if the

parts can no longer be moved.

Before rst use

Distribution of the
hydraulic oil
With the release valve 5 closed, insert the
lifting handle 1 into the lifting handle
socket 6 . Use at least 6 rm pumping
movements to charge the hydraulic system
(move lifting handle 1 up and down). This
action distributes the hydraulic oil evenly.
Note: Check that the release valve 5 is closed
by inserting the lifting handle 1 and trying to
turn it clockwise (see Fig. A). When you cannot
turn it any further, the release valve 5 is closed.

Using the jack

Raising the vehicle
With the release valve 5 closed turn the
lifting handle 1 into the lifting handle
socket 6 .
Place the hydraulic vehicle jack under one
of the lifting positions as shown in the owners
manual supplied by the vehicle manufacturer.
Ensure that the support plate 3 is centrally
loaded. By moving the lifting handle 1 up
and down, raise the vehicle suciently to allow
you to insert axle stands under the vehicle
(see Fig. B).
Allow the vehicle to come down on to the
axle stands by slowly opening the release
valve 5 by turning the lifting handle 1
anticlockwise.

Lowering the vehicle

DANGER TO LIFE! Check that no person
or object is under the vehicle before you
lower it.
First raise the vehicle slightly (as described
earlier) in order to be able to remove the
axle stands.
Turn the release valve 5 anticlockwise until
the vehicle lowers, but do not turn it to the
extent that it detaches or hydraulic oil leaks
from the release valve 5 .
CAUTION! Lower the vehicle slowly, otherwise there is the danger of injury and damage
to the product or to the vehicle.
Pull the trolley jack out from under the vehicle
and fully lower the lifting arm 2 .
Close the release valve 5 by turning it
clockwise.

If you no longer need to use the adapter 9 ,
remove it by releasing the hex bolt 10 from
the nut 11 with a socket wrench plus socket
(19 mm) and a ring spanner (19 mm) (see
Fig. E).
Then x the hex bolt 10 and the nut 11 in
place together inside the load plate 3 for
safe keeping.

Cleaning and care

Never use harsh or corrosive cleaning agents.
Liberally grease all external moving parts.
Clean the hydraulic trolley jack using a
slightly oily cloth.
Fully lower the lifting arm 2 and lifting
handle sleeve 6 to be able to store the
trolley jack in the smallest possible space.

Attaching the adapter

Maintenance and service
From its original height (13.5 cm), bring the
vehicle jack to a height of 15 cm by moving
the lifting handle 1 up and down (see the
section on Using the jack).
Remove the hex bolt 10 from the nut 11
with a socket wrench plus socket (19 mm)
and a ring spanner (19 mm) (see Fig. E).
Place the adapter 9 on to the load plate 3 .
From above, guide the hex bolt 10 through
the adapter 9 and load plate 3 (see
Fig. F).
At the same time as you are doing this,
place the nut 11 under the load plate 3
with the help of a ring spanner (see Fig. F).
Fix the hex bolt 10 and nut 11 in place
together with a socket wrench plus socket
(19 mm) and a ring spanner (19 mm) (see
Fig. G).
Lower the vehicle jack back down to its original height by turning the release valve 5
anticlockwise. Ensure that the release valve 5
does not become detached and allows the

Note: Relling or topping up with hydraulic

oil may only be carried out by specialist
personnel! Always use hydraulic oil that fulls
the specication for SAE 10. Please note
that lling with too much oil may adversely
aect the functioning of the vehicle jack. Fill
with a maximum of 115 ml oil when all the
oil has been used. Fill the hydraulic oil reservoir up to the bottom edge of the lling
opening (see Fig. H).
Note: We recommend having the equipment inspected by a professional every
three years.
Defective hydraulic vehicle jacks must be
repaired by a specialist workshop only.
Never attempt to repair the hydraulic vehicle
jack yourself.
Never take the hydraulic vehicle jack to
pieces. Taking the vehicle jack to pieces
yourself may result in it not working properly.

The packaging and ancillary packing

consist entirely of environmentallyfriendly materials. They can be disposed of at your local recycling facility.
In the interest of the environment, do not throw
out the product with your household refuse. Take
it to a suitable centre where it can be disposed
of properly. Your local council will be able to
tell you where the collection centres are located
and their opening times.
Dispose of the hydraulic oil in an environmentally
compatible manner. Ask your local repair garage
to see to its disposal or nd your nearest waste
materials collection centre.

Namjena
Hidraulika dizalica vozila namijenjena je za
dizanje i sputanje motornih vozila. Druga
uporaba proizvoda ili promjene na hidraulikoj
dizalici vozila, smatrat e se nenamjenskim i
mogu prouzroiti rizik npr. ozljede opasne po
ivot i oteenja. Proizvoa ne preuzima nikakvu
odgovornost za tete nastale zbog nenamjenske
upotrebe. Proizvod nije namjenjen za profesionalnu upotrebu.
Uputa: Poslije svake upotrebe zatvorite ventil
za sputanje 5 !

OPASNOST! Pratite slijedee upute, inae
prijeti opasnost po ivot, ozljede kao i oteenje proizvoda odnosno motornog vozila.
Rabite dodatno uz hidrauliku dizalicu
vozila uvijek stalke za podmetanje i klinove
za kotae. Ne radite nikada ispod podignutog motornog vozila, ako niste poduzeli
dodatne sigurnosne mjere. Na taj nain
sprijeavate otkotrljanje, isklizanje ili preokretanje vozila.
Rabite proizvod iskljuivo na vrstim, ravnim
povrinama. Na ne uvrenim i neravnim
povrinama kao npr. na ljunku teret bi
mogao iskliznuti.
Vodite rauna o tome, da nikad
2000
ne prekoraite nazivno optereekg
nje (nosiva sila).
Potrebno je, da osoba koja rukuje s podiznim ureajem tijekom svih pokreta stalno
nadzira teret kao i sam ureaj.
Zabranjeno je raditi ispod podignutog
tereta, ako isti nije osiguran prikladnim
mjerama.
Ne preputajte uporabu hidraulike dizalice
vozila nestrunim i neiskusnim osobama.
Prije uporabe hidrauline dizalice vozila,
osigurajte motorno vozilo kako se nebi
otkotrljalo. Povucite runu konicu, umetnite
brzinu (kod automatike P) i osigurajte motorno vozilo pomou klinova za kotae.
Unato sigurnosnim mjerama, budite uvijek
pozorni i pratite tijekom izvoenja rada na
motornom vozilu, da li je tanjur optereenja
3 vrsto postavljen na prijemu dizalice
vozila.

Osigurajte, da pri podizanju motornog

vozila ne moe istjecati benzin, baterijska
tekuina ili druge opasne tvari.
Uvjerite se u to, da se pri sputanju motornog vozila ne nalaze osobe ili prepreke
ispod njega.
Lagano sputajte motorno vozilo.
Provjerite da li su svi dijelovi struno sastavljeni i neoteeni.
Prije svake uporabe, provjerite funkciju
hidrauline dizalice vozila. Provjerite hidraulinu dizalicu vozila osobito na mogue
isticanje hidraulinog ulja, te vrstu postavu
svih vijaka i ventila.
Ne rabite hidraulinu dizalicu vozila
nikada za transportiranje ili tovarenje
vozila. Ne podiite nikada cijelo vozilo.
Vodite rauna, da se tijekom uporabe
hidrauline dizalice vozila, u motornom vozilu ne nalaze osobe posebno djeca te
da osobe koje se nalaze u blizini odraavaju
dovoljno odstojanja od motornog vozila.
Ne pomiite nikada ventil za rastereivanje
8 . Isti je tvorniki prethodno namjeten i
ne smije se naknadno namjetati. Ako se
promijeni namjetanje sigurnosnog ventila,
proizvod se vie ne smije koristiti.
Prije uporabe automobilske dizalice, korisnik
se treba upoznati s ureajem uz pomo
iskusne osobe. Sila pumpanja i prijenosa
iznose od prilike 350 N.
Ako su oznake na proizvodu zbog prekomjernog oteenja neitke, ne preporua sa
daljnja upotreba automobilske dizalice sve
dok se je opet ne obnovi.
Ne izvodite samostalno preinake na preusmjeravajuoj hidraulinoj automobilskoj
dizalici. Svaka konstruktivna promjena ureaja utjee na sigurnost i sukladnost ureaja sa smjernicom EN1494 / A1:2008.
Pri uporabi automobilske dizalice ne smije
se prekoraiti primijenjena sila od 350 N.
Ista odgovara sili od cca. 35 kg na polugi.
Pogonska temperatura hirdaulinog ulja lei
ureaja lei kod -20 C do +40 C.
Ureaj koristite samo za podizanje i sputanje automobila, a ne za dranje u

podignutom poloaju. Ne pomiite ga za

vrijeme dizanja ili sputanja.
Stavite poslije svakog koritenja sve dijelove
koje ste upotrebljavali natrag u prvobitni
poloaj. Prepustite izmjenu hidraulinog
ulja ili uljnu pumpu strunim osobama, dok
se dijelovi ureaja vie ne dadu podesiti.

Prije putanja u rad

Raspodjela hidraulinog ulja
Pri zatvorenom ventilu za sputanje 5 gurajte podiznu ipku 1 u ahuru podizne
ipke 6 . Pokrenite s najmanje 6 snanih
pokreta pumpanja hidrauliku (podiznu
ipku 1 gore dolje) i time ravnomjerno
raspodjelite hidraulino ulje.
Uputa: Provjerite evtl. da li je ventil za sputanje 5 zatvoren, tako da pri umetnutoj podiznoj
ipki 1 pokuate okrenuti u smjeru kretanja
kazaljke na satu (vidi sliku A). Ako se vie ne
moe okretati, ventil za sputanje 5 je zatvoren.

Stavljanje u pogon
Podizanje tereta
(motorno vozilo)
Pri zatvorenom ventilu za sputanje 5
okrenite podiznu ipku 1 u smjeru kretanja
kazaljke na satu u ahuru podizne ipke 6 .
Postavite hidraulinu dizalicu vozila ispod
za to predvienog poloaja sukladno s
uputama za pogon motornog vozila.
Pazite na to, da se tanjur optereenja 3
optereti u sredini. Pokretima sputanja i
podizanja podizne ipke 1 podignite
motorno vozilo toliko, da se podloni stalci
mogu postaviti ispod motornog vozila (vidi
sliku B).
Nakon toga spustite motorno vozilo na
podlone stalke, tako da lagano otvorite
ventil za sputanje 5 pomou okretanja

podizne ipke 1 u smjeru protivnom od

kretanja kazaljke na satu.

Sputanje tereta
(motorno vozilo)
OPASNOST PO IVOT! Uvjerite se u to,
da se pri sputanju motornog vozila ne nalaze osobe ili prepreke ispod njega.
Podignite malo motorno vozilo (tako kao
to je prethodno opisano), kako bi otklonili
podlone stalke.
Okrenite ventil za sputanje 5 u smjeru
protivnom od kretanja kazaljke na satu, sve
dok se motorno vozilo ne spusti, ali ni u kojem sluaju toliko, da se otpusti i da istee
hidraulino ulje iz ventila za sputanje 5 .
OPREZ! Lagano sputajte motorno vozilo.
U suprotnom sluaju prijeti opasnost od
ozljeda i oteenje dizalice vozila i / ili
motornog vozila.
Izvucite dizalicu vozila ispod vozila i potpuno spustite nosivi krak 2 .
Zatvorite ventil za sputanje 5 okretanjem
u smjeru kretanja kazaljke na satu.

Postavljanje adaptera
(optionalno)
Namjestite dizalicu za automobil sa svoje
prvobitne visine (13,5 cm) na visinu od
15 cm, na nain da ipku za podizanje 1
pomiete gore i dolje (vidi lanak Stavljanje u pogon).
Otklonite esterobridni vijak 10 sa matice 11
pomou utinog kljua sa nastavkom
(19 mm) i prstenastog kljua (19 mm) (vidi
prik. E).
Namjestite adapter 9 na opteretni tanjur 3 .
Postavite esterobridni vijak 10 odozgo
kroz adapter 9 i opteretni tanjur 3 (vidi
prik. F).
Istovremeno namjestite maticu 11 prstenastim kljuem iznad opteretnog tanjura 3
(vidi prik. F).

Uvrstite esterobridni vijak 10 i maticu 11

pomou utinog kljua sa nastavkom
(19 mm) i prstenastim kljuem (19 mm) (vidi
prik. G).
Spustite dizalicu za automobil ponovno na
svoju prvobitnu visinu, na nain da ventil za
sputanje 5 vrtite u suprotnome smjeru vrtnje kazaljke sata. Pri tome vodite rauna,
da se ventil za sputanje 5 ne otpusti te
da ne iscuri hidraulino ulje (vidi lanak
Podizanje tereta (motorno vozilo)).
Ako Vam adapter 9 vie nije potreban,
otklonite ga na nain da esterobridni
vijak 10 i maticu 11 odvojite jedno od drugog pomou utinog kljua sa nastavkom
(19 mm) i prstenastog kljua (19 mm) (vidi
prik. E).
Nakon toga uvrstite esterobridni vijak 10
i maticu 11 za skladitenje unutar opteretnog tanjura 3 .

Odravanje i servis
Uputa: Dolijevanje hidraulinog ulja iskljuivo je dozvoljeno samo strunim osobama!
Koristite iskljuivo hidraulino ulje, koje ispunjava zahtjeve smjernice SAE 10. Molimo
imajte na umu, da previe ulja moe utjecati
na funkciju dizalice za vozila. Ako je ulje
potpuno potroeno, nadolijte maks. 115 ml
ulja.

Napunite hidraulino ulje do donjeg ruba

otvora za punjenje (vidi sliku H).
Uputa: Preporuujemo da ureaj svake tri
godine dajete na provjeru kvaliciranim
strunim osobama.
Prepustite popravak oteene hidraulike
dizalice vozila iskljuivo strunjaku. Ne pokuavajte nikada da ga samostalno popravljate.
Nikada ne rastavljajte hidrauliu dizalicu
vozila u pojedine dijelove. Samostalno rastavljanje moe prouzroiti smetnje funkcija.

Indicaii de siguran
PERICOL! Respectai urmtoarele instruciuni, n caz contrar pot aprea pericole de

Adiional la cricul hidraulic folosii cadre de
asiu i pene de roi. Nu lucrai niciodat
sub un autovehicul ridicat dac nu ai luat
msurile de siguran necesare. Astfel
mpiedicai deplasarea, alunecarea sau
rsturnarea autovehiculului.

care aceaste sunt nlocuite.
Nu aducei nicio modicare cricului hidraulic. Orice modicare structural a aparatului afecteaz sigurana i conformitatea
aparatului cu EN1494 / A1:2008.
Cnd utilizai cricul, fora aplicat nu are
voie s depeasc 350 N. Aceasta corespunde unei fore de aproximativ 35 kg la
levier.
Temperatura de funcionare a uleiului hidraulic al acestui aparat este ntre -20 C i
+40 C.

Utilizai acest aparat doar pentru ridicarea

i coborrea autovehiculului, nu pentru
meninerea n poziie ridicat. Nu micai
aparatului n timpul ridicrii sau coborrii.
Dup ecare utilizare a aparatului aezai
toate componentele utilizate n poziia lor
iniial. Uleiul hidraulic sau pompa de ulei
trebuie schimbate de personalul de specialitate n cazul n care componentele aparatului nu pot reglate.

Anterior punerii n funciune

cu ajutorul unei chei tubulare cu extensie
(19 mm) i a unei chei inelare (19 mm) (vezi
Fig. E).
Aezai adaptorul pe 9 placa care suport
sarcina 3 . Introducei urubul hexagonal
10 de sus, prin adaptor 9 i prin placa
care suport sarcina 3 (vezi Fig. F).

Fixai urubul hexagonal 10 i piulia 11 cu
ajutorul unei chei tubulare cu extensie

Cobori din nou cricul la nlimea sa original, nvrtind ventilul de eliberare a presiunii 5 n sens antiorar. Asigurai-v c
ventilul de eliberare a presiunii 5 nu se
desprinde i uleiul hidraulic nu se scurge
(vezi capitolul Ridicare ncrctur (autovehicul)).
Dac nu mai avei nevoie de adaptor 9 ,
scoatei-l, prin separarea lui, de urubul
hexagonal 10 i de piuli 11 cu ajutorul
unei chei tubulare cu extensie (19 mm) i a
unei chei inelare (19 mm) (vezi Fig. E).
Pentru pstrare, xai apoi urubul hexagonal 10 i piulia 11 n interiorul plcii care
suport sarcina 3 .

Curare i ntreinere
Nu folosii n niciun caz substane agresive
sau acide de curare.
Lubriai bine toate componentele mobile
din exterior.
Curai cricul hidraulic cu o lavet umezit
cu ulei.
Cobori braul portant 2 complet n

Verwendung
Der hydraulische Wagenheber ist zum Heben
und Absenken von Kraftfahrzeugen bestimmt.
Andere Verwendungen oder Vernderungen des
hydraulischen Wagenhebers gelten als nicht
bestimmungsgem und knnen zu Risiken wie
lebensgefhrlichen Verletzungen und Beschdigungen fhren. Fr aus bestimmungswidriger
Verwendung entstandene Schden bernimmt
der Hersteller keine Haftung. Das Produkt ist
nicht fr den gewerblichen Einsatz bestimmt.

GEFAHR! Befolgen Sie die nachstehenden

Verwenden Sie zustzlich zum hydraulischen
Wagenheber stets Unterstellbcke und Radkeile. Arbeiten Sie niemals unter einem
angehobenen Kfz, wenn Sie keine weiteren
Sicherungsmanahmen getroen haben. So
verhindern Sie ein Wegrollen, Abrutschen
oder Kippen des Fahrzeugs.
Benutzen Sie das Produkt nur auf festen, ebenen Flchen. Auf nicht befestigten und unebenen Flchen wie z.B. Schotterdecken kann
es zum Verrutschen der Last kommen.
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie nie2000

das Hubgert und die Last whrend aller
Bewegungen beobachten kann.
Es ist nicht erlaubt, unter der angehobenen

Lassen Sie den hydraulischen Wagenheber
nicht von unqualizierten und unerfahrenen
Personen benutzen.
Sichern Sie das Kfz vor der Benutzung des
hydraulischen Wagenhebers gegen Wegrollen. Ziehen Sie die Handbremse an, legen
Sie einen Gang ein (bei Automatik P) und
sichern Sie das Kfz mittels Radkeilen.
Seien Sie trotz Sicherungsmanahmen stets
aufmerksam und beobachten Sie whrend der
gesamten Arbeit am Kfz, ob der Lastteller 3
fest auf der Wagenheberaufnahme sitzt.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass beim Anheben

des Kfz weder Benzin, Batteriessigkeit noch
andere gefhrliche Substanzen auslaufen
knnen.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich keine
Personen oder Hindernisse unter dem Kfz
benden, wenn Sie dieses absenken.
Senken Sie das Kfz nur langsam ab.
Kontrollieren Sie, ob alle Teile sachgerecht
montiert und unversehrt sind.
berprfen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch die
Funktionstchtigkeit des hydraulischen Wagenhebers. Kontrollieren Sie den hydraulischen
Wagenheber insbesondere auf auslaufendes
Hydraulikl, den festen Sitz aller Schrauben
und Ventile.
Benutzen Sie den hydraulischen Wagenheber
niemals zum Transportieren oder Beladen
eines Fahrzeugs. Heben Sie niemals das
gesamte Fahrzeug an.
Achten Sie darauf, dass sich keine Personen insbesondere Kinder im Kfz benden
und in der Nhe bendliche Personen ausreichend Abstand zum Kfz halten, wenn der
hydraulische Wagenheber in Gebrauch ist.
Verstellen Sie niemals das Entlastungsventil 8 .
Es wurde werkseitig voreingestellt und darf
nicht nachjustiert werden. Wird die Einstellung
des Sicherheitsventils verndert, darf das
Produkt nicht mehr benutzt werden.
Der Anwender ist vor dem Gebrauch des
Wagenhebers durch eine erfahrene Person
mit dem Gert vertraut zu machen. Die Pumpund bertragungskrfte betragen ungefhr
350 N.
Sind die Markierungen auf dem Produkt bis
zur Unleserlichkeit beschdigt, ist von einer
weiteren Nutzung des Wagenhebers abgeraten, bis diese erneuert wurden.
Nehmen Sie keine Umbauarbeiten am hydraulischen Rangierwagenheber vor. Jegliche
konstruktive Vernderung des Gerts hat
Einuss auf die Sicherheit und die bereinstimmung des Gerts mit der EN1494 / A1:2008.
Beim Benutzen des Wagenhebers darf die
aufgewendete Kraft 350 N nicht

berschreiten. Dies entspricht einer Kraft

von ungefhr 35 kg am Hebel.
Die Betriebstemperatur des Hydraulikls
dieses Gerts liegt bei -20 C bis +40 C.
Benutzen Sie das Gert nur zum Heben
und Absenken des Kfz, nicht zum Halten in
angehobener Stellung. Bewegen Sie es
nicht beim Heben oder Absenken.
Stellen Sie nach jedem Gebrauch des Gerts
alle benutzten Teile wieder in ihre ursprngliche Position zurck. Lassen Sie das
Hydraulikl oder die lpumpe von Fachpersonal austauschen, wenn Teile des
Gerts sich nicht verstellen lassen.

Vor der Inbetriebnahme

Hydraulikl verteilen
Schieben Sie bei geschlossenem Absenkventil 5 die Hubstange 1 in die Hubstangenhlse 6 . Bettigen Sie mit mindestens 6
krftigen Pumpbewegungen die Hydraulik
(Hubstange 1 auf und ab) und verteilen
somit das Hydraulikl gleichmig.
Hinweis: Prfen Sie ggf., ob das Absenkventil 5 geschlossen ist, indem Sie bei eingesetzter
Hubstange 1 diese im Uhrzeigersinn zu drehen
versuchen (siehe Abb. A). Lsst diese sich nicht
mehr drehen, ist das Absenkventil 5 geschlossen.

Inbetriebnahme
Last (Kfz) anheben
Drehen Sie bei geschlossenem Absenkventil 5 die Hubstange 1 im Uhrzeigersinn
in die Hubstangenhlse 6 .
Setzen Sie den hydraulischen Wagenheber
unter eine dafr vorgesehene Position,
gem Betriebsanleitung des Kfz.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Lastteller 3
mittig belastet wird. Heben Sie durch Aufund Abbewegung der Hubstange 1 das

Kfz so weit an, bis sich die Unterstellbcke

unter das Kfz stellen lassen (siehe Abb. B).
Lassen Sie dann das Kfz auf die Unterstellbcke aufsetzen, indem Sie das Absenkventil 5 durch Drehen der Hubstange 1 gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn langsam nen.

Last (Kfz) absenken

LEBENSGEFAHR! Vergewissern Sie sich,
dass sich keine Personen oder Hindernisse unter
dem Kfz benden, wenn Sie dieses absenken.
Heben Sie das Kfz (wie zuvor beschrieben)
erst etwas an, um die Unterstellbcke zu
entfernen.
Drehen Sie das Absenkventil 5 gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn, bis sich das Kfz absenkt, aber
keinesfalls so weit, dass es sich lst und das
Hydraulikl aus dem Absenkventil 5 austritt.
VORSICHT! Senken Sie das Kfz nur langsam ab. Andernfalls drohen Verletzungsgefahr und Beschdigungen am Wagenheber
und / oder dem Kfz.
Ziehen Sie den Rangierwagenheber unter
dem Fahrzeug hervor und senken Sie den
Tragarm 2 vollstndig ab.
Schlieen Sie das Absenkventil 5 durch
Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn.

Adapter anbringen
(optional)
Bringen Sie den Wagenheber von seiner
ursprnglichen Hhe (13,5 cm) auf eine
Hhe von 15 cm, indem Sie die Hubstange
1 auf und ab bewegen (siehe Kapitel Inbetriebnahme).
Entfernen Sie die Seckskantschraube 10 von
der Mutter 11 mithilfe eines Steckschlssels
mit Aufsatz (19 mm) und eines Ringschssels
(19 mm) (siehe Abb. E).
Platzieren Sie den Adapter 9 auf dem
Lastteller 3 . Fhren Sie die Sechskantschraube 10 von oben durch den Adapter 9
und Lastteller 3 (siehe Abb. F).

Platzieren Sie gleichzeitig die Mutter 11

mithilfe eines Ringschlssels unterhalb des
Lasttellers 3 (siehe Abb. F).
Fixieren Sie die Sechskantschraube 10 und
Mutter 11 mithilfe eines Steckschlssels mit
Aufsatz (19 mm) und eines Ringschssels
(19 mm) (siehe Abb. G).
Senken Sie den Wagenheber wieder auf
seine ursprngliche Hhe ab, indem Sie das
Absenkventil 5 gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
drehen. Achten Sie darauf, dass sich das
Absenkventil 5 nicht lst und Hydraulikl
austritt (siehe Kapitel Last (Kfz) anheben).
Wenn Sie den Adapter 9 nicht mehr bentigen, entfernen Sie diesen, indem Sie Sechskantschraube 10 und Mutter 11 mithilfe
eines Steckschlssels mit Aufsatz (19 mm)
und eines Ringschssels (19 mm) voneinander lsen (siehe Abb. E).

Reinigung und Pege

Verwenden Sie keinesfalls scharfe oder
tzende Reinigungsmittel.
Fetten Sie alle auen liegenden, beweglichen
Teile gut ein.
Reinigen Sie den hydraulischen Wagenheber
mit einem leicht eingelten Tuch.
Senken Sie den Tragarm 2 und die Hubstangenhlse 6 vollstndig ab, um den
Rangierwagenheber platzsparend aufzubewahren.

Wartung und Service

Hinweis: Das Nachfllen von Hydraulikl
darf nur durch Fachpersonal erfolgen! Benutzen Sie nur Hydraulikl, das die SAE 10
erfllt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass zu viel l
die Funktion des Wagenhebers beeintrchtigen kann. Fllen Sie mit max. 115 ml l
auf, wenn alles l verbraucht ist.

Fllen Sie das Hydraulik-l bis an die Unterkante der Einfllnung (siehe Abb. H).
Hinweis: Wir empfehlen, das Gert alle
drei Jahre von qualiziertem Fachpersonal
berprfen zu lassen.
Lassen Sie einen defekten hydraulischen
Wagenheber nur vom Fachmann reparieren.
Versuchen Sie niemals, ihn selbst zu reparieren.
Zerlegen Sie den hydraulischen Wagenheber niemals in seine Einzelteile. Durch
eine selbstndige Demontage kann es zu
anschlieenden Fehlfunktionen kommen.
