is monomeric Tau seeded with either normal or abnormal (antibody treated) seeds. With respect
to the kinetic data (not pictured), the presence of antibody treated seeds increased the lag phase and
decreased elongation rate. The outcome, based on CD and GDN stability is, a more structured but less
stable product. EM shows more oligomers.
