Outline your perfect political structure. Define its laws and its governing body. Answer as best
you can the problems that we face right now in education, economy, social and legal areas.
Build your utopian government and describe its workings in detail.

What would the perfect government would look like? There are two ways to make a
perfect governing body, first one is to make governing body that has a lot of rules and regulation
and other one where government doesnt apply any rules at all but only provides security for
individual inalienable rights. My Utopian government would be based on the first one.
Government with the later idea would only bring chaos. No restriction put on people would only
bring us closer to apocalypse. First government doesnt give a people a lot of choices, it makes
choices for them. Like one would get a higher education on specific area on governments
choosing. They would get a job at that area, work at governments choosing, and they would
marry and have children at governments choosing. Marriage would not constitute love, it would
be a duty towards the government or society. Their children would not be conceive by them, but
it would be someone elses children. Woman would be chosen for giving birth, by medically it
would be inseminated to them. After children are born, they are kept in hospital for about a year,
and after that they would be given to respective parent on governments choosing. People
wouldnt be able to choose anything, they fate would be chosen by government. If we choose,
we make mistake and try to run away from it instead of fixing it. This form of government would
make a choice for you, and if it doesnt work it will fix it for you.
Economic system of this government would be rather simple. Everybody would not get
paid for their work. Since everybody does the work of governments choosing and all of the land
would owned by government. Since, all of the wealth is owned by government, everybody will
get everything equally. Food would be provided to them like ration to every family every day.
Education would be free, and their area of study would also be chosen and they would get a free
education as long as the course requires. Healthcare would also be free, anybody who gets sick
they would get free healthcare as long as their sickness requires. There would be no grocery

stores since, everything you need would be provided to you by government. TV, Internet and one
gaming consoles would be provided to every household for entertainment or for news.
Government would also have a microphone, webcams everywhere in the city to keep an eye on
people. Their every activity, anything said would be recorded.
For the population to keep at steady pace, government would also choose the women to
give birth. They would be inseminated medically to control the birth rate. When the chosen
women give birth to child. Hospital would keep the baby for the first 1 year. They would name
the baby too. If the baby are healthy, whoever applied for baby would get a baby. Couple can
apply for baby only after two years they have applied to married. Government would do the
choosing and give a child to appropriate family. Applying for baby doesnt mean they would get
a baby, it would depends on their behavior, years of marriage between couples and many other
factors. Every year on Jan 1st, baby would be given to any family that are chosen. They can play
with the baby and when they work they can drop off the baby to child care center. When couples
have baby, they cant get divorce and if they dont have baby they can apply for divorce but they
have to wait 3 years to apply for marriage again (Marriage dont have to constitute between men
and women). Couples can only have two babies. In some cases they can apply for third but if
they have an extremely good behavior and have to be an excellent parent for the first two.
After the baby turns 4 they have to enroll in the preschool. Bus will pick up every child
from home to school. Preschool will teach students about ABC, Nursery rhymes, and other play
activities. Preschool will last for 2 years, so children from 4 to 6 have to go to preschool. After
preschool, there would be first grade and in first grade student will learn how to speak properly,
some arithmetic and environmental science. When kids are 7 they would also get bicycle so, they
can travel from one place to another. From second grade student will learn how to read and write

properly (basic level), arithmetic (basic levels), Environmental Science (basic level) and Social
Study (Basic level). Third grade would also consist of same subjects but little harder and also
from third grade student will be assigned to volunteer. They can use bike to get from school to
volunteer and home. Each student would be assigned to center like Infant hospital, senior center,
Nursery, offices of arts and media, and others offices. From third grade more subject would be
added to curriculum and each one would get more advanced until 10th grade. Tenths Grade is
when every student would be chosen a career for them and they would get out of their parents
house for their further study. Their further studies would dependent on their career. They would
continue to go to school and hand on training. They would be given apartment like place to live
while they furthering their school (One might have to share an apartment with other student).
After they have completed their training and school on their field, they would have to apply to
get a job at their field but until they get a job they have to live in 1st Sivir (Area outside city with
small houses and where most people live before getting a job). This would also hold Ration
would be provided to Sivir every 15 days and one have to stay in long lines to get this ration.
Small houses would be there (sometime not enough) for one to stay there while waiting for job.
No free health would be provided to people in Sivir, they would have to get a permit to go to
hospital inside city. This people would be escorted to hospital and back. After one gets a job they
would be out of Sivir to City where house, car would be provided to him/her. As year go by TV,
Internet would be provided to them as according to their behavior.
Strict rules are regulated within cities. Any types of crime are forbidden in the city. No
vandalism, trashing, picking pocket or other offense. No swearing in public place except if it is
used properly. One has to speak properly (Cant say I am dying instead of I am sick) Head
speakers and TV around the cities and inside houses are not to be turned off (most of the

microphones and webcam are hidden in speakers and most of the gadgets). Negating any kind of
responsibilities like not showing up to work for illegitimate reasons, not taking care of baby as
one parent, should are high offense and can end up in Sivir. There would be 10 different kinds of
Sivir and depending ones offense, one could end up in 2nd to 10th Sivir (Since 1st Sivir is only
for jobless). Children up to 8 who do not show up to school for not valid reason are parents
responsibilities but children 8 years or older who do not show up for school or volunteer would
be given multiple chance to fix that problem if it continues they could also end up in Sivir.
To make it easier for Government to control and maintain everybody, State would be
divided into many Cities. Body of this government would be divided into many branches. State
government would mainly control food, economy, research, and making and editing laws. This
allows the State to control every economy of cities, further research in every field, and able to
change or make laws. Cities would control education, police force. This cities would look like it
works indecently (without a help of other cities), but in whole they would be dependent with
other cities. If one city has more farmer, all the goods they have would be send to other states.
Also, there would is a lot of choosing to do and this would be done by a super-fast computer
(assuming that they are more technologically advanced). There would be microphone, cams
everywhere in the city and even inside the house. This allows the computer to listen and see
every person in the city, which in turn computer makes the decision of his career, whom to marry
based on this data. People arent allowed to choose the representative or head of the state, but
computer will in turn choose this and current representative from all cities have to approve this.
Future head of the state and representatives would be shortlisted by computer and chosen by the
current representative. This group and future leaders would have to go thru extensive training,
and education. They would be taught how to run a government, one of the most extensive

knowledge on how the government has been run. Head of the state and other leaders would be
chosen from this group of people based on their test sore, behavior and many other factors. This
group of people could end up as head of state (only person to reverse choosing made by
computer), head of economic, head of research, and other fields. Their extensive knowledge of
government, behavior would allow them to be excellent at running the government.
Humanities could never create true utopian government. Utopian government will never
have any flaws, it will be perfect. We humans are different from each other, this very difference
makes us great, and also create some of the immoral behavior around us. This difference allows
the behavior like prejudice to exist. Unless we are all transformed into robots, our dream of
utopian society will not exit. Government I imagined is not perfect either, but it is my idea of my
utopian government (or dystopian, depending on how you perceive it).
