Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by the learned counsel for

respondent No.1.
Notice shall go to respondent No.2, returnable on 12.08.2015.
At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, M/s The
Times Travel (105, Ring Road Market, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi) is
added as respondent No.3. Notice shall go to the newly added respondent
No.3, returnable for the date fixed. The amended memo of parties shall be
filed within two days.
The counter affidavit be filed within two weeks. The Rejoinder
affidavit, if necessary, be filed within one week thereafter.

In the meanwhile, the award of any contract pursuant to the subject tender
insofar as the respondent No.2 is concerned, shall be subject to final orders that
may passed in this writ petition. Insofar as the question of award of contract to the
newly added respondent No.3 is concerned, that shall be kept in abeyance. Insofar
as the other bidder, namely, M/s City Life Line Travels Pvt. Ltd., is concerned, the
contract may be awarded to it subject to the said party complying with all the
other conditions.
