Tumble Belt Type Shot blasting Machine for removing the sand and the oxides surface of the workpieces such as the
casting, forging as well as the welding parts. Owing to the perfect protective measures, good shot blasting and
reasonable structure of the circulatory system, the machine can achieve satisfactory results when it is used to clean
up the hard-to-clean workpieces. This kind of machine can also be used to clean up the workpieces which are easy to
roll and fall and also be used to clean up the non-fragile parts as well as the non-core castings.

Tumble Blast Advantages:
Used in applications where batches of parts can tumble on top of each
other without causing damage to the parts.
Typically used in automotive remanufacturing, heat treat facilities, and
small spring peening applications.

Blast Wheel The blast wheel is a used to propel the abrasive media at a particular
velocity via an electric motor and centrifugal force at an object in order to create
surface preparation. It is the heart of the equipment and it receives the most abrasion
as it is in constant contact with the media internally.

Screw Augers Typically used in areas where gravity feeding is not an option to
move media laterally to or from the bucket elevator system.

Bucket Elevator Belts Are used to move the abrasive media from the lower
elevator to the top auger at a set rate of speed.

Rotary Screens Typically used prior to the air wash separator to remove larger
heavy materials from the media.

Air Wash Separator Used to remove fine media, sand, small scale, and other
contaminants from the abrasive stream to keep it clean and sized properly. Other
methods may be used in addition to this in order to achieve more critical sizing for
more complex applications. Successful operation has a major impact on parts life,
abrasive consumption, type of finish, and speed of surface preparation negating
shorter cycle times.
Proper mechanical settings, routine inspections and adjustments along with consistent
air flow are required.

Spinner hanger
A means of blasting parts while hanging them on a fixture or tree. The fixture with
parts on it will rotate while being blasted with one or more blast wheels that are
typically mounted on the back or side of the cabinet. Dual chamber spinner hangers
allow you to add/remove parts while the other side is blasting making it as efficient
as possible. They also allow the chamber to index during blasting.
Hangers allow you to buy oscillating blast wheels or some actually move the
parts/fixture to different positions during the blast cycle. Single and Y-track monorails
are offered as well as hanger table combo models.

Its a blast cabinet with typically one or two blast wheels aimed at an odd shaped or
heavy part that is laying on a round table. The table rotates like a microwave
turntable typically in a CCW direction when standing on it looking down. The
reclamation system recovers the media using a bucket elevator recovery system that
are sometimes assisted by an auger or two. They have an air wash separator to
remove the fines.
