Summary: NOC Engineer provides network monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance in order to
effectively answer technical problems related to client services. The NOC Engineer is directly involved in
monitoring clients networks and services including action tracking, ticketing, managing change control,
ensuring effective follow up contact with clients.
- Effective troubleshooting and solving problems related to client&network faults
- Fault management of network, according to agreed procedures
- Accurate & timely opening, updating and completion of all Trouble Tickets
- Ensures that all clients' alarms are being responded promptly, providing timely and regular feedback
Requirements:
-Availability to work on shifts
-Tehnical university diploma (at least terminal year student)
-Technical background: IP (MPLS, IS-IS, BGP), SDH/DWDM, VoIP, Linux/Unix
-Experience in ISP or IP networking required - at least 1 year
-High sense of responsibility
-Customer orientation and excellent communication skills
-Proactive person, team player
-English language: advanced in speaking and writing
-Networking certifications are a plus
