ABSTRACT The objective ofthis study was to test the relationship between brand image and perceived value, satisfaction, and two forms of loyalty is loyalty behavior and loyalty atttude namely spending of the customer is MobiFone postpaid subscribers in Nha Trang City. Research results have shown that the existence of the positive Impact of brand image on perceived quality, perceived value, satisfaction and loyalty attitude. The relationship between brand image and the expenciture was ‘not statistically significant. Perceived quality has @ positive impact on perceived value and both are Concepts that affect customer satisfaction.
