ANSWER
COMES NOW, the defendant, through the undersigned counsel and unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully avers:
1. That defendant ADMITS the contents of paragraph 2 only insofar as
its personal circumstances are concerned;
2. That defendant ADMITS the allegations in paragraph 3 that he is
engage in the real estate business;
3. That defendant ADMITS the allegation in paragraph 3 that the
defendant is engage in the real estate business;
4. That defendant is without knowledge or information sufficient to form
a belief as to the veracity of the averments in paragraph 4 and 5 of the
complaint;
5. That defendant does not have the records of payments allegedly done
by the plaintiff, so he also does not have information sufficient to
form a belief as to the truth of the allegations in paragraph 6, 7 and 8
of the complaint and therefore, DENY them.
6. That defendant ADMITS that part of paragraph 9 of the complaint,
which alleges that the defendant refused to execute a Deed of Sale
over the alleged property involved, but DENIES the remainder, the
fact being that the defendant has not received any amount of payment
from the plaintiff;
7. That defendant is without knowledge or information sufficient to form
a belief as to the veracity of the averments in paragraph 10 of the
complaint;
WHEREFORE, the defendant respectfully prays that the complaint be
dismissed with costs against the plaintiff.
