AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, June Rudini Tomas, 20, single, resident of 54 Roxas St., Villasis,
Santiago City, after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and state THAT:
1)

I was present and personally saw the victim, Ma. Geneveive

Pastor boarded the tricycle of the accused, Kennison Niones at
around 7 oclock in the evening of June 10, 2015, in front of
Mabini Massage Parlor, Mabini, Santiago City.

2)

I personally know Ms. Pastor because we are friends and we

work in the same establishment, Mabini Massage Parlor;

3)

I was with Ms. Pastor when she hailed the tricycle of Mr.
Niones and boarded the same;

4) I was able to remember the face of Mr. Kennison Niones because

he waited for Ms. Pastor to board his tricycle since Ms. Pastor and
I were talking a bit longer before we bade our goodbyes. The
driver side was exposed to the street lights, hence I was able to see
Mr. Niones clearly;
5) I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing
facts and to support the filing of complaint for Rape against
Kennison Niones.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affix my signature this 10 th day
