HMT Machine Tools Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of HMT Limited and a lea manufacturer of
machine tools in India invites qualified personnel for engaging on contract basis for a period of
‘Two years for its manufacturing unit situated at Hyderabad as per details given below:
Post Executive - Technical ‘A’ or ‘B al
Place of Posting Hyderabad
Duration Two years and can be extended further if required
Qualificaiion Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Industial Engineering,
Production Technology, Industrial Design, Manufacturing or
any other Engineering degree with Mechanical background.
Job Requirement ‘The selected candidates will be working in any of the following

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
* Applications should be made in the prescribed application format only along with copies of
relevant documents. Application should mention clearly the post applied for example:

* The Contractual engagement will be for the period mentioned against each post. Detailed
terms & Conditions of engagement shall be indicated in the Offer letter.

"Relaxation in age and experience may be considered at the sole cirection of the Management
depending upon the merit and other qualifications etc.
"Any canvassing by or on behaif of the candidates or to bring politcal or other outside influence
with regard to selection / engagement shall be a disqualification.
Selection will be made by a Committee constituted by Competent Authority.

If any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or not found in conformity with
eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement, then the same will be liable for rejection at
any stage of selection process or even after engagement.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage / Injury / loss to the individual, if any,
sustained during the entire selection process and journey.
The Engagement is purely on fixed tenure basis. Contractual engagement of a person shall
ot be construed to be permanent employment and such appointees shall not be entitled to
‘any preferential treatment equivalent to a permanent employee or entitled to regular
‘employment in that or any other service in the Company.
Those who are selected for contractual engagement shall undergo medical check-up and
produce a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a qualified Registered Medical Practitioner
before joining the Company. Those found medically unfit will not be engaged and the offer
letter stands withdrawn in such cases.
The selected candidate should agree to take insurance cover for premium of Rs, 50,000/- for
any eventualities like accident and any other casualties during the tenure of contract,
The Selected candidate shall have to indicate his/her acceptance of the offer within one week
from the receipt of offer, if not, the same will be offered to the next candidate in the order of
merit. However, the Competent Authority may grand extension of time depending upon the
exigencies on case to case basis.
The Selected candidates shall have to appear for interview at their own cost and no TA/DA will
be paid for attending the interview.
The Legal jurisdiction in case of any dispute will be at Hyderabad.
