A number of Allotment tenants have been asking what the

proposed new charges and concessions, being recommended

to the councils Cabinet in September, will mean for them.

A Perch is an old measurement dating back to Anglo-Saxon

times. 10 perch is the equivalent of 250 square meters.
Please note the Council is intending to move this measurement
to metric measurement in the future, but this does entail time
consuming on site work. We aim to have this in place for next
annual billing September 2016, at the same time auditing to
ensure size of plots hasnt altered over time.
