1. Check cell status.

2. Start the Unified Data Tracing.
3. Make sure both info is input correct and EPC ip is reachable.

4. Start the tracing, from the signaling trace check the IMSI.

5. When the signaling from the trace is tele with the input IMSI, this
show the IMSI trace function is well operating.
