ADRIAN JEAN CLAUDE D. CoRNEJO, 23, promoted to the corporate rank of Senior Manager with the functional title of Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and concurrent Branch Head, Main Branch, National Capital Region, Branch Management Sector (“BMS”) - Luzon. Mr. Cornejo was born on 22 October 1991 in Mandaluyong City. He is a Bachelor of Science in ‘Management graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University in March 2012. Mr. Cornejo joined the Bank on 2 May 2012 as Assistant Manager and Management Trainee under the Bank’s Management Training Program (“MTP”). He was exposed to different areas of bank ‘operations, which introduced him to the basic skills and principles involved in the management of the Bank. During his MTP, he was also sent to various banking seminars and developmental training programs. CAPARINO, 31, promoted to the corporate rank of Manager with the functional title of Assistant Area Head, Area VI, Branch Management Sector - Visayas and Mindanao. Ms. Capario was born on 20 July 1983 in Guimaras, lloilo. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the Western Institute of Technology 2004 in La Paz, lloilo City. She started her banking career in Iloilo City Development Bank (“ICDBank”) as Accounting Assistant fon 5 January 2009 and was promoted to Head Office Accountant on 1 June 2010. After the merger of ICDBank and Producers Bank in 1 November 2013, she was appointed Assistant Manager and Assistant Controller for Area VI covering Panay and Negros in Producers Bank. In 23 February 2015, she was designated Branch Operations Support Department Head for the aforesaid area and in 15 June 2015, as Assistant Area Head. Prior to joining ICDBank, she was connected with Tickets to Go - Atrium Mall as Accounting Clerk in 2004 and also served as Accounting Assistant of Metro Manila Shopping Mecca Corp. - SM Delgado from 2004 to 2008. 3. Leonarvo G. Davio, 63, promoted to the corporate rank of Assistant Manager with the functional title of Head, ATM Center, Information and Communications Technology Group (“ICTG”).. Mr. David was born on 16 August 1951 in Tondo, Manila. He is a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology in 1973. Mr. David joined Producers Bank on 15 November 2010 as Network Support Officer for Information and Communications Technology Group (‘ICTG"). Prior to joining Producers Bank, he was connected with Philippine Communication Satellite Corporation for 27 years (from 1976 to 2003) where his last position was Operations Supervisor. He also worked as Technical Manager for Optinex Electronics Center in 2004 and as Marketing Manager/IT Officer for Electrodynamics Construction arid Development Inc. from 2007 to 2008. Instructions to the newly-promoted officers ‘The above-mentioned officers are reminded to submit to HRAD c/o Miss Clarlita E. Agustin, Assistant Vice President, the following for eventual submission to the BSP: ‘a. Updated Biographical Data (with 2” x 2” photograph taken within the last 6 months) reflecting the above changes in their corporate rank within 5 banking days from 30 June 2015; b. Notarized Authorization for Producers Bank to conduct a background investigation on the officer concerned, which includes, among others, inquiring from the Watchlist Files of the BSP, and for the BSP to disclose findings and/or results of the above inquiry to Producers Bank, and with the said authorization, the officer concerned waives his right to the confidentiality of the information that will be obtained as a result of the said inquiry; . Notarized affidavit on compliance with the BSP Regulations on Fit and Proper Rule executed by the officer concerned.
