WLANs > HotSpot 2.0

Choose WLANs, click the blue drop-down arrow for a profile, and choose Hotspot 2.0 to navigate to this page. Hotspot
2.0 improves the ability of Wi-Fi devices to discover and securely connect to public Wi-Fi hotspots which enables easier
roaming between public Wi-Fi networks.
You can enable or disable a hotspot by choosing the appropriate option from the HotSpot2 Enable drop-down list.

HotSpot2 that you can enable or disable on this WLAN.

WAN Link Status

Link status. The following options are available:

Not configured
Link Up
Link Down
Link in Test

WAN Symmetric Link

Status

Downlink and uplink speed of the WAN backhaul link. The following options are available:
Same
Different

WAN Downlink Speed

Downlink speed of the WAN backhaul link in kbps. The maximum value is 4,294,967,295
kbps.

WAN Uplink Speed

Uplink speed of the WAN backhaul link in kbps. The maximum value is 4,294,967,295 kbps.

Operator index of the hotspot provider that you can assign. Choose a value between 1 and 32 from the
drop-down list. The default is 1.

Language code that you can enter. For example, you can enter ENG for English.

Add: Adds the operator name.

Status of the IP port. The following options are available:

Index

Port configuration index that you can configure. Choose a value between 1 and 10 from the
drop-down list. The default is 1.
