This tour is sponsored and operated by

Highland County Historical Society (HCHS), a non
-profit organization. While donations to HCHS
are deductible as allowed by the Internal
Revenue Service, the tour price, as goods and
services are being provided, is not.
The tour price includes only the features
specifically outlined in this brochure and no
other provisions are included nor implied.
Minimum number of participants for this tour
to operate is 35.
Full payment and registration form must be
received by HCHS for participation in the tour to
be guaranteed. Tour participants may cancel
with full refund provided participant cancels
before 5:00 pm EDT on September 15, 2015. After
that time, no refund will be made for
cancellation or no-show by participant. Tour
members may transfer their seat to another
person, provided a new registration form is
completed by the new participant and submitted
to HCHS in advance.
If tour must be cancelled by HCHS, for
whatever reason, full refund will be made to tour
participants.

HISTORICAL
SOCIETY MUSEUM.
Our
time together
will end with our arrival back in Hillsboro at
approximately 4:30pm. The cost for the
tour is $50.00 for HCHS Members and
$60.00 for non-members. (Join HCHS and
you'll save $10.00 on the tour immediately! Memberships start at only $15.00.

This one day tour will depart Thursday, October 8 from Highland House
(Presbyterian Church Parking Lot),
leaving at 8:30am. Our first stop will be
in Bainbridge
to visit
t h e
lovely
and historical PAXTON THEATER (recently
renovated!) where we
will have a tour of the
facility followed by a program by archaeologist,
Thomas Johns of the
HOUSE OF PHACOPS.
Next, we depart for Chillicothe where we will have
a guided tour of the
ADENA MANSION followed by a box
lunch provided by Schlagel's of Chillicothe. Free time will be provided to
