FAQ for Connectivity kit

Q. Connect unit with USB, then reset the unit, kit cannot find the unit.
A. Turn off and turn on the unit.

Q. Why the multi-language could not display correctly?

A. You must set your Location and Language display setting of your Windows Operating System.
If you do this, it will input and display correctly.

Q. How to exchange files between PC and unit?

A. Install Connectivity kit software and USB driver correctly. And plug in unit, in Connectivity kit
device combo box, select the item named USB Calculator. For kit 3x, it will find the unit
automatically. For kit 4x, press connect button and you may exchange files with calc now.

Q. Kit will crash sometimes after some wrong steps such as while using kit 3x,
click the button of Receive Aplet(By Wire) but unit do not send a file.
A. Send object to PC, or unplug usb cable.

Q. How to capture screen of calculator?

A. Press screen capture button, follow the description.

Q. Connectivity kit can find the unit but it is always fail when exchanging files
between unit and PC.
A. Reinstall the USB driver. You can find the driver in CD.
