 Class activity ideas
1. Build a replica of a levee using sand, soil, Styrofoam, etc.

2. Use garage band to compose your own jazz song. (kind of like Jazz fest)

3. Decorate Mardi Gras masks to exemplify the strong sense of culture, and tradition.
