Process Engineer will create the
Notification and send it to Tool Design
Tool Design will complete the Design Work
and release the Production Order
Tool Room will manufacture the Tool and
then deliver it to the User Storage Location
Tool Stores will provide the Purchase
Requisition and send it to Tool Purchase

2.Plant
3.Revision Level

Subject:
Coding Click on the
Button for Drop Down
Select Parameters.

Coding details are filled

As indicated.
Item Coding detail
Is same as Subject Coding

Fill
Plant for Work Center
Work Center Code
Start Date
Required End Date
Priority of the request.

Click on
Item Details.

This submenu appears

Click on Tool_Requ

Fill up data as applicable:

Tool Number
Tool Name
Tool Quantity
Model Number
Change Number
Design New/
Manufacture New/..
Operation Number
Tryout Report
Required
Not Required
By working on the Buttons

Previous Button.
Next screen appears.

Click on Copy

Go to Task View

In Responsible
Key in Process person
Planned Start
When did you start
Planned finish
When did you finish
Completed By
Who completed it.
Completion Key the Completion date.

Mark the task

Put it in Process.

Having compelted, press

Complete Flag

Click the following Flags

Completed
Successful
Then save the notification

On Saving,
Notification Number
Is generated.

Go to
Change Mode

Will get this screen

Press Enter.

Will get this screen

Check the data, if
Required.

Go to services for
Object.

You get this sub-menu

Choose Create Tool
Request Task

Select
Send and
Send Object with Note

Fill up the
Recipient
Recipient Type
And Tick

Then Send
Then Save
