VI. Open Issues:

a) Treasurer Report (Tara)

• Review Financials for January and February
b) Facilities & Transportation (Chad)
• Back door needs to be fixed so it won’t fly open
• Having trouble finding replacement lights for the gym
c) Fund Raising Report (Grant)
• Talked about getting someone at the school to head up Fundraising to
keep up with all of the fundraisers for the classes and scheduling them.
o Sheena is to come up with some kind of form that will state
how fundraisers will be done.
d) Marketing Report (Rebecca)
• Ownership Dinner
o Have 9 families that have signed up for food items on the
Potluck website.
o Will be sending out other reminders for the dinner by email
and backpack
o Pastor Matthew Kirkland from Good Shepherd Baptist Church
will be the speaker
• Open House
o Sherry is starting to update all of the forms for enrollment
packets
o Rebecca is working on getting newsletter out to Daycare
Centers in the area to recruit their current 4 year old classes
o Working on getting brochures out to Realtor offices in the area
 e) Communications (Mark)
• Student Council would like to start updating the website in computer
class
f) Vision & Strategy (Tim)
• Nothing to report
g) Academic Affairs Report (Sheena)
• Kami Reece is checking into how to start AP classes for HS
h) Administrator’s Report (Sheena)
