CBS-WBBM Radio : Assistant Producer/Cubs Highlight Coordinator (Current)
Help assist with the daily production of the WBBM newscast
-Record/edit weather updates from our weather team
-Managing phone lines
-Help reporters file in and record stories live from the field
-Follow up on current or possible stories. Ex: Connecting with the police
department to get details on a breaking story.
-Edit audio clips (wraps, voicers, actualities).
Cubs Highlight Coordinator:
-Edit the top plays from our live Cubs broadcast for our post-game show
-Make sure the highlights are in proper order for the Cubs post-game show
-Communicate with post-game show host during the game to decide which
plays will make the highlight package
-Attach a description of the play along with the audio cut
-Make sure affiliates, reporters, and sponsors receive an email after every
game including audio clips of the top plays and the description of the play
as well

Covered many highlight shoots for local High school games which included
interviewing key players and writing play-by-plays
On-air personality for our weekly segment called Battle of The Fans
Covered media events on major professional sports teams such as the
Chicago Bears and Cubs.
